Pascale Witz

Board Chair

She is an accomplished global healthcare leader with over three decades of experience driving value creation across the pharmaceutical, MedTech, biotech, and digital health industries. Pascale has held executive leadership roles in some of the world’s leading healthcare organizations, including serving as Executive Vice President of Global Pharma and Consumer Healthcare at Sanofi, and led the creation of the Consumer Healthcare division. Prior to that, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Healthcare’s Pharmaceutical Diagnostics business, overseeing global operations, product innovation, and commercialization strategies. She began her career at Becton Dickinson Pharmaceutical Systems. Pascale serves on the boards of several publicly-listed healthcare companies, including Revvity, Fresenius Medical Care, and Regulus Therapeutics, as well as private companies such as Evergen, Lumanity, and CellCarta, playing a pivotal role through governance, financial oversight, and executive mentorship. She was also a Board member at Arkuda Therapeutics before the company was acquired by Johnson & Johnson in January 2025. Her contributions to the industry have been widely recognized, being named one of Fortune’s Top 20 Most Powerful Women in EMEA and receiving the prestigious French distinction, Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur. She is also the author of Tech: The Healthcare Evolution. Witz earned a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, France, and a Master of Science (MSc) in biochemistry from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquees in Lyon, France. She was also a doctoral student in molecular biology at the CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique) in Strasbourg, France.
